Leadership Team

Greg T. Billings
Chief Executive Officer

Greg Billings has served as the Executive Director of the Center for Telehealth and eHealth Law (CTeL) for nearly 10 years. Greg saw the need to create an organization which was agnostic in nature and provided factual, current, and game-changing information to those in need. Utilizing his government relations experience, legislative expertise, and wealth of knowledge of telehealth, Greg created the only non-profit helping telehealth practitioners practice the smart way and the legal way.

With over 40 years of government, non-profit, and hands-on consulting experience, Greg brings a vast experience unmatched in the field. Greg knows Washington: Prior to CTeL Innovations, he served as a senior government relations director at a Washington, D.C. law firm, was the senior aide and deputy chief of staff to two senior U.S. Senators, and was chief of staff to the administrator of the Farm Service Agency, the largest agency within the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), with over 13,000 employees in all 50 states and U.S. territories.

Mr. Billings has translated decades' worth of relationships and intimate understanding of federal policy work to help clients navigate telehealth and operate in competitive markets to the best of their ability. He has helped shape policy at the state and federal levels, working with all the bodies with jurisdiction over telehealth, state medical boards, and beyond. Telehealth policies are very complex; utilizing his wealth of knowledge, Greg can simplify this process, guide clients through the policies, and ensure they are performing telehealth the most effective way possible.

Whether you are a start-up or an established telehealth company, Greg can help you restructure, focus your objectives, and efficiently use available resources in the most appropriate manner, just as he has done for some of the largest federal agencies. Greg can help clients identify pockets in their business which can actually SAVE money.
